- The agreement
- These terms are between you and Domurad Innovations, Ltd ("we"). Using diy means you accept them and the privacy policy.
- Your account
- You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for what is done with your account, your team and the sessions you start.
- Your AI account
- You bring your own Claude Code or Codex account and keep to its provider's terms. Each person brings their own; diy does not pool or pass on anyone's account.
- Your code
- Your code and data stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run diy for your team.
- What agents do
- diy's agents push only to diy/ branches of your project's repository, and merging stays with you. Their work can be wrong, so check it before you rely on it. diy is provided as it is, without warranties.
- Fair use
- Do not use diy to break the law, to test systems you have no right to test, or to get around its limits or anyone's terms.
- Credits
- Credits pay for diy's cloud models. A new team gets a small free amount; more is bought through Stripe, at the price shown before you pay. We refund unused credits you bought within 30 days of buying them.
- Liability
- As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Ending
- You can stop using diy at any time, and ask privacy@agentic.gdn to close your team. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
- Law
- The laws of Ontario and of Canada apply, and the courts of Ontario decide disputes.
- Changes
- If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Using diy after a change means you accept it.
