- Who we are
- diy is run by Domurad Innovations, Ltd, of Ontario, Canada. Write to privacy@agentic.gdn about anything here.
- What we keep
- Your GitHub account's id and login, from signing in. For each team: its projects, board, chats, session transcripts, findings and artifacts, the code its agents write, what its workers report (their names, what they offer, how much they used) and its credits and payments.
- What never reaches us
- Your Claude or Codex login. Your worker keeps it on your own computer, and the container the agent works in never holds it. The one exception is a machine diy runs for you: there your login is kept on that machine's disk, which diy can reach. Card numbers go to Stripe, not to us.
- Cloud models
- When a chat is answered by one of diy's cloud models, its messages go through OpenRouter to a provider that keeps nothing and does not train on them. If no such provider can take a request, it fails rather than going anywhere else. These chats are paid from your team's credits.
- Who else sees it
- GitHub, for sign-in and the repositories your team connects. Stripe, for payments. OpenRouter and the model provider, for cloud chats only. Cloudflare, which runs diy and carries its traffic, and Hetzner, which rents us the server diy runs on until it moves fully onto Cloudflare. Slack or Linear, only if your team connects them. We do not sell your data, show ads, or train models on it.
- Cookies
- One, to keep you signed in. No analytics or tracking.
- How long
- We keep a team's data while the team uses diy. Ask us to delete it and we do within 30 days, and from backups within 35. When a team closes, its data is deleted within 90 days.
- Your rights
- Ask privacy@agentic.gdn for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- Changes
- If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. The terms cover the rest.
